Pay Perks Up to $21/hour Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus 3 Weeks PTO Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) Match Employee Discounts Loyalty Rewards Career Growth Opportunities (we promote from within) Weekly Pay Bilingual candidates may earn additional pay Who Succeeds in This Role Takes ownership of results and account performance Leads by example while staying hands-on Comfortable managing customers, collections, and team accountability Handles tough conversations professionally Driven by goals, metrics, and continuous improvement What You’ll Do Support the Store Manager in driving overall store performance Lead daily operations across sales, account retention, and service Coach and hold team members accountable to expectations Review reports and act on opportunities to improve results Oversee customer accounts and follow up on past-due balances Guide team on retention and collection strategies Review payment histories and support action plans Ensure accurate documentation of interactions and payments Coordinate field visits and delivery schedules Maintain store standards (inventory, merchandising, cleanliness) Step in to lead the store when needed Leadership Responsibilities Supervise and support a small team (1–3 employees) Assign tasks, provide coaching, and follow up on results Train team members on sales, service, and retention best practices Requirements: What We’re Looking For 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred Retail, collections, or customer service background preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and performance expectations Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (assistance for heavier items) Schedule Full-time (40 hours/week), 5-day workweek Monday–Friday: 10am–7pm, Saturday: 10am–6pm (required), Sunday: Closed Additional Information Blue Ocean Brands does not conduct routine pre-employment drug testing but may require testing in cases such as reasonable suspicion, workplace accidents, or as required by law Compensation details: 18-21 Hourly Wage PIe2f41add235c-25448-38931145aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
