Job Description

• Create Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' needs to design effective, individualized treatment strategies that empower them to reach their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ cutting-edge methodologies to support improvements in patients' motor functions, cognitive skills, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with a Multi-Disciplinary Team: Work alongside an engaged team of OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance and resources to patients and their families, fostering sustainable progress at home.
• Assess and Document Progress: Monitor clinical developments and revise treatment plans as needed, ensuring patients remain on their recovery path.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are highly valued and supported.

Certifications

• Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification is a prerequisite.
