Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

$1713.60/week - Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a Medical Surgical unit. This travel position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with diverse patient needs. Responsibilities: Administer bedside care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions. Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies promptly. Perform procedures such as Foley insertions and central line dressing changes. Document patient care accurately in the Epic EMR system. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans. Adhere to unit policies, safety protocols, and dress code standards. Qualifications: Current RN license with relevant state licensure. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing. BLS certification required; NIH certification preferred. Experience with Epic EMR system. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize tasks. Charge nurse experience is a plus.
