Technology Trainer IT/Networking/Hardware St. Louis , Missouri Direct Hire Oct 6, 2026 $75,000.00 54950 Job Title Technology Trainer Pay $70,000 - $80,000 annually Location Hybrid Downtown St. Louis, with potential to work from Clayton office Summary Join a reputable professional services organization as a Technology Trainer, where you will play a key role in empowering attorneys and staff through effective technology education. This position offers the opportunity to design and deliver engaging training programs, support technology adoption, and enhance overall system usability within a dynamic firm environment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in teaching, training, information technology, or related field 3-5 years of experience in help desk support, technical training, or similar environments Experience working in a law firm or professional services setting preferred Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Familiarity with tablets, smartphones, and wireless devices Knowledge of technology-based learning tools and training platforms is a plus Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users with varying levels of technical proficiency Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Independent, proactive, and collaborative work style Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and technology-based training sessions for firm applications and systems Create practical training materials such as user guides, quick-reference resources, and presentations Lead new-hire technology orientation programs and provide ongoing training and support for attorneys and staff Communicate new system features, best practices, and updates to promote effective technology use Provide technical support via help desk, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation Participate in on-call support, including covering weekends and holidays as needed Collaborate with team members and other departments on technology rollouts, upgrades, and change management initiatives Keep current with firm applications, Microsoft Office suite, and mobile/wireless technology Track training participation, solicit feedback, and recommend improvements for training content and delivery Competitive compensation package based on experience Hybrid work environment with flexibility to balance onsite and remote work Supportive and solid professional organization Opportunities for growth and development within a reputable firm #J-18808-Ljbffr
