Position Description: Job Title: Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Poughkeepsie, NY
Pay: $21.00 – $24.00/hour
Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Bilingual HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources department of a mission-driven organization in Poughkeepsie, NY. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment and is fluent in both English and Spanish.You’ll be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, translating HR materials, and supporting employee relations and benefits administration. Your ability to communicate across languages will help ensure clear, inclusive communication throughout the organization.Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities:
•\tTranslate and interpret HR policies and procedures for Spanish-speaking employees
•\tAssist with recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation
•\tMaintain up-to-date employee files and HRIS data
•\tServe as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits, leave, and policies
•\tCoordinate trainings, assist with investigations, and support special HR projects
What We’re Looking For:
•\tFluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required
•\tPrevious experience in HR, office administration, or employee relations
•\tStrong organizational and communication skills
•\tAbility to handle confidential information with discretion
•\tKnowledge of HR laws and procedures a plus
