divh2Customer Support Representative/h2pThe Customer Support Representative serves as a primary point of contact for members of the IAPP by answering customer inquiries via email and phone, as well as initiating membership renewal and/or inquiry follow-up calls or correspondence to customers and members as needed./ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/pulliEnsure customer service excellence and consistency/liliAssist Membership Customer Support team with administrative tasks/liliRespond to membership inquiries by phone and email utilizing knowledge of various the IAPP membership levels, membership benefits, products, events, and professional certifications/liliComprehension of/proficiency in other technologies as relates to answering member and customer inquiries, and updating customer information as necessary/liliMay be asked to serve as a specialist in a particular product line of the IAPP/li/ulpAdditional Duties:/pulliAdditional duties as assigned/li/ulpMinimum Qualifications:/ppEducation and/or Experience:/pulliHigh school diploma or GED; and up to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience./liliProficient in Microsoft Office suite/liliEnglish fluency required/li/ulpWork Environment:/ppAt the IAPP, we value in-person connections fueled by fun, excellence, and communication.
