What You'll Do Every day looks a little different, but your impact is constant: Provide hands-on care: bathing, feeding, repositioning, diapering, toileting Monitor and document vital signs, reporting changes to the nurse Comfort and soothe children through rocking, holding, and reassurance Help ensure safe patient transitions during transportation times (no driving required) Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality protocols Part-Time (Potential to Become Full-Time) Monday-Saturday between 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM No nights. No Sundays. What You Need: Active CNA license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire) At least 1 year of childcare experience (non-family) CPR certification prior to start Willingness to complete Level 2 Background Screening prior to start. A calm, patient, and compassionate approach with children who have developmental or behavioral needs Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy setting Tender Care Medical Services is an equal opportunity employer.
