Shift: All Shifts Available

Pay: $28 – $33 per hour, based on experience

Charming Lakes Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional resident care and enjoy working in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we would love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments, and medical supplies in accordance with physician orders.
• Provide wound care, treatments, and nursing procedures with accuracy and compassion.
• Follow individualized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and resident responses.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while protecting resident rights and privacy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Florida required.
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident-centered care.
