General Assembler

Join Our Team as an Assembler


We're looking for motivated Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll help assemble critical components and sub-assemblies that contribute to the production of high-quality equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


We offer competitive pay , with an additional shift differential available for overnight shifts , providing an opportunity to earn more while developing valuable manufacturing and assembly skills.



Job Duties

• Assemble blowers, fans, motors, and other sub-assemblies
• Install blowers, fans, motors, and assemblies into production units
• Install insulation into metal panels and complete panel installation
• Assemble sheet metal components and related parts
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, including:
  • Screwdrivers
  • Pliers
  • Air guns
  • Ratchets
  • Air drills
  • Pop rivet guns
  • C-clamps
  • Scratch awls
  • Hammers
  • Pneumatic glue guns
• Follow manufacturing specifications and quality standards
• Complete Wiring Certification training as required
• Perform other manufacturing and production duties as assigned

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to follow assembly instructions and safety procedures
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn new skills and complete required training

• Ability to lift and push up to 50 pounds
• Ability to push units on a conveyor system
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequent kneeling, crawling, stooping, and bending
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
