Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced PPC Specialist with 3–4+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.

You'll take ownership of PPC campaigns from strategy and setup through optimization, reporting, and scaling. This role is ideal for a data-driven performance marketer who understands how to turn advertising budgets into measurable business results.

You should be highly confident working with Google Ads, campaign analytics, conversion tracking, keyword strategy, and performance optimization. Experience with additional paid media platforms such as Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant paid media platforms.
• Manage Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, remarketing, and other campaign types as required.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, and search-term analysis.
• Develop and continuously improve campaign structures, targeting, bidding strategies, ad copy, and landing-page recommendations.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and overall advertising spend.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and scale high-performing campaigns.
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Conduct A/B tests across ads, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• Manage budgets and allocate spend based on campaign performance and business objectives.
• Produce clear performance reports and translate campaign data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, sales, and client-facing teams to ensure paid acquisition supports wider growth objectives.
• Stay up to date with advertising platform changes, automation, attribution, and PPC best practices.
