About the Position
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA). Join a Primary Care Team in one of Oregon's leading community hospital-based clinics. This is 100% Outpatient, Monday-Friday. Comes with full benefits, generous PTO, public service loan forgiveness eligibility, relocation assistance, and a sign-on bonus!
Located in northwest Oregon, this charming city is known for its picturesque landscapes, located in a rural community 15 miles east of Stayton.
