K-12 Construction Superintendent

SuperintendentPosition Overview We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in municipal and K-12 school construction, with a focus on site safety and effective subcontractor management.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily construction operations and ensure project milestones are met.Manage subcontractor schedules and workflows to optimize project efficiency.Implement and enforce site safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards.Coordinate with municipal authorities and adhere to local regulations regarding construction practices.Prepare and maintain project schedules using Procore and other scheduling tools.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role, specifically in municipal and K-12 school construction.Proficient in Procore and other construction management software.Strong knowledge of subcontractor management and scheduling practices.Valid OSHA 30 certification and a solid understanding of site safety regulations.Experience in precast concrete, cast concrete, and framing is a plus.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.BenefitsCompetitive Salary $90K - $130KMedicalDentalVisionPTO/VacationBonus Opportunities
