Facilities Maintenance Technician (NIGHT SHIFT)
$30 - $35 per hourAltasciences
Altasciences seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician for its Everett, Washington site to perform preventative maintenance, handle HVAC and plumbing systems, execute special projects, and maintain facility infrastructure on a rotating on-call schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance on HVAC systems and critical facility infrastructure
- Plan and execute special projects including renovations and upgrades assigned by Facilities Manager
- Manage emergency help line on rotating 24/7 basis and coordinate external service calls
- Perform basic plumbing, painting, lighting replacement, and ceiling tile repairs across multiple sites
- Assist with generator testing, equipment setup, contractor escorts, and facility events
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4–6 years of facilities or related maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license
- EPA 608 Universal certification preferred
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to read technical documents and perform basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting
Compensation: $30.00–$35.00 per hour
