Key Responsibilities:

• Support of Dynatrace Managed including the deployment, instrumentation and leveraging the tool as an Application Performance Monitoring capability

• Utilize monitoring tools such as – Splunk, SiteScope, Catchpoint

• Work with OS (Windows/Unix) based infrastructure services, processing, monitoring, shell scripts, etc.

• Application/network performance and availability monitoring

• N-Tier Architecture supporting a multitude of products (Webserver, Middleware, Database, etc.)

• Link business context to technical reality

• Communicate and influence across multiple levels of internal and external stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with at least one of the following supporting monitoring tools

• Splunk

• SiteScope

• Catchpoint

• A minimum of 4 years of experience with of OS (Windows/Unix) based infrastructure services, processing, monitoring, shell scripts, etc.

• Associate degree

This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days a week on-site in Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
