POW Marketing is currently hiring Retail Associate & Event Marketing Associate to support our promotional campaigns in the Dallas area.

In this entry-level role, you will assist with in-person marketing campaigns, retail promotions, and community events that help brands connect with customers and build brand awareness.

This position focuses on face-to-face marketing and customer engagement and does not involve digital marketing, graphic design, or remote work.

No previous marketing experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, promotions, or entry-level marketing.

Key Responsibilities of our Retail Associate & Event Marketing Associate

• Represent client brands at retail locations, promotional events, and community campaigns
• Engage with customers face-to-face to share product and service information
• Assist with event setup, marketing displays, and campaign execution
• Provide product demonstrations and answer customer questions
• Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Track customer interactions and campaign results
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Comfortable interacting with customers in retail or event environments
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute within the Dallas area

Preferred but not required:

• Retail sales experience
• Sales or leadership experience
• Customer service or hospitality background
• Brand ambassador or event marketing experience
• Recent graduates interested in communications, marketing or business
