Assistant Kitchen Manager

$70,000 - $75,000 + Huge Growth Potential

We're looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager to help lead operations in a high-volume, high-energy Latin-inspired restaurant concept . This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand with plenty of room for advancement for the right leader.

What You'll Do

  • Support daily Back of House operations and lead shifts alongside the Kitchen Manager
  • Ensure exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Assist with scheduling and labor management
  • Oversee catering execution and quality control
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop BOH team members
  • Create a positive, accountable, high-performing kitchen culture
  • Jump on the line when needed and help power through high-volume service

What We're Looking For

  • Kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, labor management, and inventory control
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for hospitality, great food, and team development

Highly Preferred

  • Spanish-speaking
  • Experience preparing and leading teams in a high-volume Latin food concept
  • Experience with catering and large-scale food production
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
