Small Engine Mechanic

Frank's Supply Company is a major supplier with our focus on both the sale and rental of construction tools and equipment. We are currently seeking a qualified SMALL ENGINE MECHANIC for our El Paso, TX location.
OBJECTIVE:This position diagnoses and repairs rental equipment to ensure complete customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze malfunctions and repair all two and four stroke engine driven equipment as required to ensure proper working condition for the customer
- Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unnecessary repairs and down time
- Perform safety inspections on equipment
- Create work order and assess time and cost of repairs
- Maintains a clean and safe shop work environment
- Adhere to all governmental, company and equipment related safety requirements
- A minimum of 2-5 years experience in diagnosing and repairing 2 and 4 stroke engines
- Rental experience preferred
- Good reading and comprehension skills
- Good customer service and communication skill
- The ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have your own tools
- Have a valid driver's license
