We want YOU to be a part of our success story!Position Overview:As Social Media Manager at Blayzer Digital, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and engagement for our clients. Collaborating with businesses across various industries, you'll craft captivating content, manage organic social media profiles, execute omnichannel marketing campaigns, and leverage your graphic design prowess to create engaging visuals. Your mission is to boost audience engagement, generate traffic, and drive conversions! This is a full-time, on-site position.Your Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field3+ years of experience managing social media business profiles and campaignsExperience managing social media for multiple clients simultaneouslyFamiliar with all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, Google Business Profile, etc.)In-depth knowledge of paid social media advertisingProficient in copywriting and graphic designSuperior written, verbal, and visual communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailExcellent time management skills and ability to thrive under deadlinesAble to analyze data, report results to clients, and recommend next stepsPhotography, video production, and editing skills are highly valuedExperience with industry-standard tools (Canva, Photoshop, Slack, HubSpot, Zoho, Buffer, WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce) is a plusPrevious management experience is a bonusOur Perks:Friendly workplace with fun company outings and eventsCollaborative and open work environmentCasual dress codeFlexible work-from-home policyMedical, dental, and vision insuranceSupplemental Aflac insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation & sick days Blayzer Digital
