Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a School Psychologist supporting students’ educational and emotional development near Brighton, MI. This role will offer you the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and collaborate with diverse school teams. Desired Qualifications:
- Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid School Psychologist credential or eligibility in the state
- Experience in K-12 settings highly preferred
- Strong understanding of educational testing, behavioral intervention, and special education compliance
- Adaptable, excellent communication skills, and skilled in team collaboration
- Must be available for on-site work, as this position is not open to VOCO/virtual arrangements
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students referred for academic, behavioral, or social-emotional concerns
- Consult with teachers, counselors, parents, and administrators to develop effective strategies for student success
- Contribute to development and monitoring of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans
- Deliver crisis intervention and counseling services as required
- Maintain all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in school multi-disciplinary teams to support education goals
