 Sell flooring to homeowners in the showroom and in their homes.

 Coach and motivate the sales team.

 Help improve closing rates and average ticket.

 Track sales numbers and hold the team accountable.

 Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

 Help recruit and train future sales professionals.

What We’re Looking For

 Flooring sales experience preferred.

 Leadership experience.

 Strong closer with excellent follow-up.
