Compensation

Final compensation varies by experience and location.

• Tech I: $22–$27
• Tech II: $25–$31
• Tech III: $28–$34
• Tech IV: $32–$39

What you’ll do

• Create and manage work orders; track service intervals; order parts using laptops/tablets.
• Diagnose and fix generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution, commercial HVAC, and oil-free air compressors.
• Perform PMs and repairs in the shop; travel to customer sites as needed for field work.
• Troubleshoot failures on-site or in-shop; document work completely each day.
• Set up and operate equipment independently or with a teammate.
• Mentor junior technicians and assist with equipment/parts logistics.
• Work safely and understand OSHA requirements (preferred).

What you bring

• Personal tool set applicable to the role; strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience inspecting, maintaining, and repairing power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment.
• Ability to calculate effective tonnage and kW needs; read and apply schematics.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication.

Education & experience

• High school diploma required; trade school certificate preferred.
• Background in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; 21+ to operate a company vehicle.

Physical requirements

• Ability to move, stand, stoop, and bend freely.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Some customer sites may require Field Technicians to be clean shaven.
• This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 paneldrugscreen
