Staff Accountant

They are looking for a Staff Accountant to join the team. Responsibilities:
- Reconciliations: Balance bank statements, Credit Card reconciliations and general ledger accounts daily
- Month-End Close: Prepare journal entries, accrue expenses, and analyze budget variances
- Asset Management: Track fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and medical equipment leases
- Compliance Reporting: Assist with cost reports, tax filings, and healthcare regulatory audits
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with cross functional departments as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience: 3-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting
- Software: Proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
- Knowledge: Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Industry Experience: Healthcare or Aesthetics industry experience
