Process Validation Engineer - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Process Validation Engineer - Hybrid position with a Major Freight Company located in Green Bay, WI. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. Compensation: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications.

Position Overview: This role will support a major project to migrate from a legacy Transportation Management System (TMS) to a new system. The Process Validation Engineer will focus on validating the end-to-end code-to-cash flow to ensure accuracy. This position requires an individual who is technical enough to identify where processes hang up and possesses strong business acumen to work closely with end-users and create thorough documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with a project to migrate from a legacy TMS to a new system
• Validate the end-to-end flow and ensure accuracies in the code-to-cash process
• Understand the business process flow and identify technical issues along the way
• Create detailed documentation of business steps and flows for replication and future automation
• Work closely with business end-users for testing and sign-off

Primary Requirements:

• Technical aptitude with API experience
• Background in code-to-cash processes
• Strong business acumen and ability to work closely with business end-users
• Able to work in a hybrid model, 3 days per week onsite

Desired Skills:

• Transportation or logistics industry experience
