Junior Project Manager

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the coordination and maintenance of enterprise HR and Payroll systems, including daily batch processing and payroll runs. The Junior Project Manager will work closely with offshore and onshore Strategic Partner Program (SPP) vendor teams to track and coordinate resolution of escalated tickets and issues. This functional role focuses on accountability, ticket management, project reporting, and documentation — no coding or technical development experience required. You'll work alongside an experienced Operations Analyst who will serve as a day-to-day trainer and mentor. Qualifications: 0-2 yrs. of experience in a project coordination, administrative, or operations support role. Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable producing documents, meeting materials, and status reports. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tickets/tasks and drive follow-through to resolution. Comfortable working with offshore/onshore vendor teams across different time zones. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ServiceNow experience is a plus. Interest in project management, systems administration, or IT operations Responsibilities: Track and manage tickets and escalations arising from daily batch cycles, payroll runs, and HR data interfaces. Drive accountability with offshore/onshore SPP vendor partners, ensuring follow-ups and deliverables stay on schedule. Produce meeting materials, documentation, and status reports for business stakeholders. Support ad hoc reporting out of ServiceNow (ticket volume, resolution time, completion rates). Assist with basic Oracle HCM system administration tasks, such as coordinating environment refreshes and configuration/security requests. Support audit and compliance activities, including documentation requests from auditors. Monitor open issues (e.g., data feed errors, production fixes) and ensure they're routed, tested, and deployed in a timely manner.
