This is not a sit in a room and churn patients role. We expect you to think, assess, and contribute.

What You ll Do
  • Evaluate and manage new and established pain patients
  • Perform comprehensive histories, exams, and treatment planning
  • Manage medication regimens responsibly (including controlled substances when appropriate)
  • Assist in coordinating care for advanced interventional procedures
  • Collaborate with physicians, MAs, and scheduling team to optimize patient flow
  • Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and long-term plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
What We re Looking For
  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or APRN in Arkansas
  • Experience in pain management, orthopedics, PM&R, or neurology preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing complex patients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Someone who takes ownership not just a shift worker
