Pharmacy Clerk - Shipping & Fulfillment

We're seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Clerk to support our shipping and fulfillment operations. In this role, you'll package, label, and ship pharmacy orders accurately while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Package and ship pharmacy orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify order contents, labels, and documentation before shipment
• Create shipping labels and track packages through carriers such as FedEx and UPS
• Follow pharmacy regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
• Collaborate with pharmacy, fulfillment, and customer service teams to resolve shipping issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Report shipping errors, damages, or delays promptly
• Assist with inventory and temperature-sensitive products as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
• Ability to follow procedures in a regulated environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment

• First shift schedule, totaling 40 hours per week (hours scheduled between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM)

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Knoxville, TN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
