Director of E-Commerce

Seeking a remote Director of E-Commerce, the successful candidate will own the global DTC engine, managing a multi-storefront, headless commerce operation across the US, Canada, UK, and EU, while focusing on revenue, margin, and customer experience. Key responsibilities Own the global storefront ecosystem, driving conversion rate optimization, site merchandising, and localization Direct paid media strategy and manage organic discovery efforts to enhance customer visibility in a restricted environment Build and evolve loyalty and referral programs, connecting DTC storefronts with retail touchpoints to drive customer retention Required qualifications Proven experience with full P&L ownership in a DTC environment 5+ years of leadership in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or lifecycle functions within performance-driven consumer organizations Expert-level knowledge of Shopify and experience with headless architectures and multi-region operations Hands-on experience with modern attribution and analytics tools Familiarity with regulated categories and international e-commerce operations
