ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Are you the person who actually enjoys spreadsheets, organized systems, accurate data, and checking tasks off your list?

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Associate to provide behind-the-scenes support for our sales, customer care, and leadership teams. This is not a sales position and does not require an insurance license. Instead, you'll help keep the team organized, maintain important performance data, coordinate client appointments, and make sure essential administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

The role currently requires approximately 10 hours per week , with a strong preference for availability of at least one hour each weekday morning to complete daily reporting and support tasks. Hours may grow to 10-20 hours per week based on team needs and candidate interest, with the potential to expand up to approximately 30 hours per week in the future. Candidates who prefer to remain around 10 hours per week are also encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer care accountability reports, including consistent spreadsheet and data entry work.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule client appointments with a high level of accuracy.
• Complete detailed client support tasks, including personalized life-event gift orders, policy status checks, and policy change follow-up.
• Assist with administrative processes for new households, including escrow-related updates, online registrations, welcome communications, and other onboarding tasks.
• Initiate and maintain assigned sales support and customer retention tasks.
• Provide additional administrative support to Sales Managers and Customer Care Managers as hours and responsibilities expand.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, data entry, and repetitive daily tracking.
• Highly organized and able to manage recurring tasks without losing track of details.
• Strong written communication skills and careful attention to names, dates, times, and client information.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Someone who genuinely enjoys completing tasks, maintaining organized systems, and helping a team stay accountable.

POSITION DETAILS:

• $20-$25 per hour
• Fully remote
• Approximately 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility based on candidate preference
