Schedule/Hours:

• Travel contract position (facility schedule provided upon interview)

Responsibilities:

• Operate specialized imaging equipment to assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
• Set up, calibrate, and monitor imaging systems for accuracy and patient safety
• Prepare patients for procedures, including education and support throughout the process
• Maintain sterile techniques and follow radiation safety standards
• Document procedural steps and results accurately in patient records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Troubleshoot equipment and report any malfunctions promptly

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Cath Lab Tech in an acute care environment
• ARRT certification (or equivalent diagnostic imaging credential)
• State licensure as required
• Advanced knowledge of imaging systems used in interventional cardiology
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
