Junior Business Development Representative

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities
• Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach to potential clients
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective accounts
• Participate in client meetings, ride-alongs, and field prospecting
• Learn multiple service lines and identify opportunities across industries
• Research prospective clients and prepare for sales conversations
• Track sales activity and opportunities in Salesforce
• Assist with RFPs and proposals as needed
• Grow into managing opportunities through closing while working closely with senior sales team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–4 years of professional experience preferred
• B2B sales, SDR, BDR, prospecting, or business development experience strongly preferred
• Experience with cold calling and outbound lead generation
• Salesforce or CRM experience preferred; RFP experience a plus
• Must be willing to travel around the state
• Self-motivated, coachable, confident, and eager to grow in sales
