Role: Registered Nurse - Central Triage/Medical Group Responsibilities: Triages patient calls, manages health concerns, and provides education per protocols Supervises Medical Assistants in prescription refills and prior authorizations Documents in EMR, communicates lab results, and instructs patients on home care Performs preliminary assessments, vital signs, and identifies urgent issues Handles crisis situations and ensures professional, sensitive patient interactions Qualifications & Skills: Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred Active State of Illinois licensure Minimum 3 years RN experience; 1 year telephone triage preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, disease processes, and protocols Key Attributes: Excellent communication skills, clinical judgment, and ability to assess urgency Team leadership and adherence to policies Offers comprehensive benefits, career growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment focused on quality patient care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Aura Health
