Lead Parking AttendantThe Lead Parking Attendant will assist in managing the daily operations of the Parking Department's Valet Attendants, Gatekeepers and Security Team at JC Santa Monica ("Beach Club") in the absence of the Assistant Valet Parking Manager.The Lead Parking Attendant is responsible for the following:Responsible for presentable appearance of entrance, gate areas, and parking lot.Ensures that the department equipment is working properly and supplies are stocked.Oversees the full operation of the parking lot including the Member and Guest check-in desk, address and resolve member/guest entrance issues, parking related issues and inform upper management.Manages valet attendants, gatekeepers and security staff by overseeing & assigning responsibilities, handling requests for valet services and training the team on different topics as neededAssists in overseeing overnight security staff and reviewing reports.Requirements:A minimum of 2 years of previous supervisory experience in guest service or security related positions preferred.Clean driving recordMust have excellent written & verbal communication skillsMust be able to cover overnight security shifts as neededGreat interpersonal skillsBilingual preferredPay Rate: $21.50/hourAt Jonathan Club, our values of Family, Community, Wellness, Respect, and Passion are at the heart of everything we do.
