JOB DESCRIPTION

Perform essential front desk administrative duties including answering phone calls, greeting clients, and overseeing the office budget. Furthermore, responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and facilitating an organized and efficient work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

·        Experience with multi-line phone systems handling and ability to work under pressure

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data entry
• Great customer service skills
• Experience with supply management
• Experience with office equipment (fax machines, copiers, etc.)
