divh2Accounts Payable Specialist/h2pOur client, a Business Solutions company, is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for their Memphis, TN/Remote location./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliLeads the requirements management efforts for projects; takes ownership of the business analysis role throughout the project./liliIdentifies and understands stakeholders; initiates and facilitates meetings and discussions with stakeholders as appropriate./liliWorks with project managers, project requestors, operations, business representatives, IT representatives and clients to ensure complete understanding of software requirements./liliProduces project requirements documentation, including written documents, process diagrams, report mock-ups, wire frames and other documentation as required using standard templates./liliMeets deadlines and manages work to timelines./liliPerforms other duties as assigned./liliSupports the organizations quality program(s)./liliTo review, analyze and document software requirements and to lead the business analysis phase for projects./li/ulh3Requirements:/h3ulliHigh School Graduate/GED/lili2+ years of accounts payable or related experience, preferably in high-volume environments/liliThis role focuses on vendor setup, invoice processing, and reconciliations in a high-volume environment/liliCollaborate with internal teams and vendors on payment or invoice issues/liliReconcile vendor statements and quickly resolve discrepancies/liliManage vendor setup and validation/liliSupport Wire payment setup and maintenance for vendors/liliIdentify opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiency/liliEnsure all AP tasks are performed in accordance with company policies and controls and not be afraid to ask questions when needed/liliProactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities before EOD/liliStrong communication and collaboration skills/liliEducation Licensing Bachelors degree required; major in computer science field preferred./liliExperience Five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required./liliExperience in multi-line claims management processes and system requirements preferred./liliKnowledge of third party administration and claims management business and technology/liliOral and written communication skills/liliPC literate, including Microsoft Office products/liliAnalytical and interpretive skills/liliStrong organizational skills/liliExcellent interpersonal skills/liliExcellent negotiation skills/liliAbility to work in a team environment/liliAbility and willingness to take initiative/liliAbility to meet or exceed Performance Competencies/li/ulh3Why Should You Apply?/h3ulliHealth Benefits/liliReferral Program/liliExcellent growth and advancement opportunities/li/ulpICONMA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
