Construction Project Engineer

We are seeking a Construction Project Engineer to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Responsibilities Assist Project Managers in all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation Help allocate resources for assigned projects Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Create client contracts/subcontracts Create required subcontractor documents before work begins (COI, Contracts, W9, etc) Create and submit change orders Review and complete submittals, RFI's, meeting minutes File SCR Procore Management Collaborate with Project Manager to create and execute a schedule Qualifications Previous experience in construction management or other related fields is required Familiarity with construction management software (procore, excel, word, adobe) is a plus Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
