\n Job Duties:\n

- Process invoices, accounts receivable, and collections \n
- Create UPS WorldShip labels and support order processing \n
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and Excel \n
- Answer phones and provide professional customer service \n
- Perform data entry, PO follow-ups, and general office tasks \n
\n
\n
\n Do you enjoy handling daily office and accounting functions including invoicing, A/R, data entry, and customer communication to ensure smooth and accurate operations?\n
\n\n
\n
\n If you have prior QuickBooks invoicing and accounts receivable experience, along with strong Excel/data entry skills, will succeed in this role!\n
\n\n
\n
\n Pay: $25-30/hour DOE\n
\n\n
\n
\n Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00PM\n
\n\n
\n
\n Experience or Skill Requirements:\n
\n- \n
- QuickBooks, Excel, and Word experience \n
- \n
- A/R and some A/P background \n
- \n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy \n
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment \n
- Customer service experience (phone/email) \n
