• Experience with DTCC Clearing and settlements

• Knowledge of post-trade processing and flows is a requirement (fixed income / Prime Brokerage ) a plus or any other asset class ok as well

• Individual who can liaise well with stakeholders at all levels, manage risk proactively, and get the job done

• Ability to leverage AI to accelerate decision-making is a plus

The CIB IT Project Managers will lead, coordinate, and execute projects across IT and CIB Americas Perimeter. Projects include business strategy, regulatory remediation, and process efficiency initiatives that support the business's development and the scalability of the ITO platform. This role requires strong project leadership skills, deep domain expertise in treasury and clearing, and the ability to manage stakeholders across technology, finance, operations, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• · Responsible for leading cross-functional projects focused on optimizing treasury operations, clearing processes, and settlement systems.
• · Familiarity with treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba, Calypso, FIS, Murex) is desirable
• · Regulatory Requirements, Remediation, and Change Management
• · Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Risk, Finance, IT) and external vendors (e.g., clearing houses, payment networks)
• · Experience with Data lineage/System impact analysis is required
• · Strong PM experience to back up BA analysis and convert to milestone-based project plans with clear deliverables.
• · Experience with Data referential migration projects.
• · Knowledge of capital markets and banking activities, such as financial products, Treasury front-to-back processes, and workflow.
• · Good understanding of banking organization structure, such as CIB VS. Non-CIB entities, regional organization, and local setup
• · Domain or system knowledge in fixed income, equities, or derivatives trade processing is a plus.

Overall Responsibilities:

• · Plan, contribute, coordinate, and execute projects across the IT, CIB Americas perimeter
• · Frame projects with clear definitions of Objectives, Benefits, and Scope of the initiative
• · Consulting background in project framing and storyboarding
• · Active project delivery support, structure priorities, create presentations and content, drive stakeholder meetings, and participate in project planning and cost estimates.
• · Keep stakeholders informed of updates and maintain a good momentum on the project to stay aligned with timelines and promptly escalate issues and delays.

• · Stimulate creative problem-solving while thinking "outside the box."

• · Undertake data assessment, data gap analysis, and remediation
• · Collaborate with impacted relevant teams, assist with implementation, monitoring, and reporting of dashboards and indicators

• · Prepare presentation material for various committees, including management and Board committees, and present it clearly and concisely.
• · Execute strong closure on projects with Project Go/no-go and closure meetings.
• · Demonstrate ability to take on leadership roles on critical projects while providing the highest quality results to senior clients, as well as experience in strategic planning, organization design, and development.
• · Proven record of successful client-oriented project delivery
• · Smooth and efficient written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely to audiences of varying technical or accounting levels
• · Ability to adhere to strict project and production deadlines, showing vital planning and organization skills
