Job Description: Service, maintain, and repair commercial and residential electrical systems on an emergency, non-emergency, and preventative maintenance basis Execute scheduled assignments, service calls, work orders, and project tasks in a timely and professional manner Install, inspect, replace, and repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, Ethernet and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures, and related components Install, maintain, repair, and test switchgear and transformers Perform all work in compliance with applicable electrical codes and safety standards Additional responsibilities may be assigned as the role evolves, with clear communication and alignment to business needs. Job Requirements: The ideal candidate must be able to perform the following duties: Install and replace lighting systems and fixtures Wire, assemble, and test control panels Bend, mount, and secure electrical conduit Start up and test new control circuits Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with NEC guidelines Pull and run wire; install and terminate electrical panels Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Fire alarm installation and troubleshooting experience is a plus.
