Sanitation AssociateWe are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and organized individual with a knack for cleanliness to join our growing team. You will be required to gown up in a Tyvek suit and use a pressure washer to hose down equipment.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for cleaning and sanitation of our manufacturing equipment according to SQF and other certification requirements.Perform cleaning duties including scrubbing and handling both small and large machine parts, storage containers, floors, and production or food contact surfaces.Follow safety procedures when using chemicals and dilute cleaning agents appropriately.Ensure proper disposal of garbage.Maintain lunchroom and restroom facilities.Perform all other duties as assigned.Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's).Essential SkillsExperience in cleaning, sanitizing, and using pressure washers.Knowledge of HACCP and SQF standards.Ability to handle janitorial duties and housekeeping in a food manufacturing environment.Capability to dilute cleaning agents to specification.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.Why Work Here?Join a growing company that values its employees with appreciation events and provides free snacks.
