All Abilities Physical Therapy & More for Kids is a Therapist owned, private practice pediatric therapy clinic located in Colorado Springs, CO that specializes in pediatric occupational therapy and physical therapy. We are a growing clinic that is looking to hire an Occupational Therapist to build our current offerings with experience in pediatrics.

• We are looking for team members who are:

• A licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to manage a full-time schedule working with a diverse pediatric caseload.

• A team player with a passion for helping kids.

• A pediatric OT who is committed to delivering quality patient care with superior patient outcomes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Interested in advancing their pediatric occupational therapy skills clinical skills through mentorship and continuing education.

• Currently licensed in CO or willing to re-certify in CO.

Full-time, Part-time, PRN

• $5,000 Sign On Bonus

• Immediate Productivity Bonus

• Unlimited continuing education funds plus a $500 travel stipend, starting at 90 days

We’re looking for a OT who is passionate about helping patients move better and grow professionally . Ideal candidates have:

• Licensed Pediatric Occupation Therapist from an accredited program

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Colorado

• New graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience is a plus, not a requirement

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Motivation to grow into leadership opportunities

• Current CPR certification
