Property Maintenance Technician

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Placerville, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional with experience supporting apartment communities or residential properties. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and experienced in completing maintenance requests while maintaining a safe and attractive property.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, including unit turns and renovations.
• Conduct preventative maintenance throughout the property.
• Maintain the property's appearance through routine inspections and grounds maintenance.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine appropriate repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs when needed.
• Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents and team members.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment, property, facilities, or building maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of general plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Experience completing work orders and unit turns.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• OSHA certification or trade certifications are a plus.
