Do you enjoy meeting new people, staying busy, and helping create a positive experience for others? If so, HealthCARE Express is looking for dependable, upbeat individuals to join our D.O.F.I. team.

What is a D.O.F.I.?

D.O.F.I. stands for Director of First Impressions , and it's one of the most important positions in our clinics. As the first person patients interact with, you'll help set the tone for their entire visit by providing friendly, professional service from the moment they walk through the door.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Director of First Impressions, you'll welcome patients, verify demographic and insurance information, answer incoming calls, assist with questions, collect payments, and help maintain accurate patient records. You'll work closely with both patients and clinic staff to ensure daily operations run smoothly while maintaining strict confidentiality standards.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, stays organized, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. Team members may assist with duties outside their primary responsibilities and participate in cross-training opportunities to support clinic success.

Schedule & Pay

• Pay: $15.00 per hour
• 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
• Rotating Saturdays
• 30+ hours per week

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Previous experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare setting is a plus, but not required.
