Administrative Assistant

Insight Global is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced engineering team. This individual will provide high-level administrative coordination to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, supporting both leadership and team members. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across cross-functional and global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for leadership and team members
- Prepare, format, and distribute reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Track action items, project updates, and key deliverables to ensure alignment and follow-through
- Maintain department documentation, records, and internal systems (e.g., SharePoint)
- Support onboarding logistics, travel coordination, and general team operations
- Facilitate communication with cross-functional partners and global stakeholders
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and administrative workflows
Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leadership
- Experience with SAP, Ariba, or similar systems
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting engineering or technical teams
- Experience working in a global environment
- Familiarity with SharePoint or document management systems
- Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Experience supporting project tracking or reporting efforts
- Interest in leveraging new tools or technologies to improve efficiency
Compensation:
$20/hr to $23/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
