Shop Production Associate

Local Manufacturing Facility
Pay: $18.00-$20.00+/hr (Based on experience and skills)

Adecco is currently seeking dependable and motivated individuals for a Shop Production Associate position with a local manufacturing company. Responsibilities

• Assist with the operation of production equipment and machinery
• Follow work instructions and quality standards
• Perform basic measurements and inspections of products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support production goals while working as part of a team
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
• Ability to use measuring tools and equipment or willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
• Willingness to learn new skills and work overtime when needed
• Experience with machine shop equipment is a plus

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
