Job Summary:
As an ABA Therapist at Golden Care Therapy NY, you will play a vital role in helping children with Autism achieve their full potential. Our team of dedicated and experienced therapists and supervisors are committed to providing high-quality ABA Therapy services that meet the unique needs of each child. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled ABA Therapist to join our team in New York, New York, United States.
Responsibilities:
Conduct ABA Therapy sessions with children diagnosed with Autism, using evidence-based treatment approaches to promote developmental gains and skill acquisition
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with parents, supervisors, and other interdisciplinary team members
Provide Parent Training and support to empower families to continue ABA Therapy practices at home
Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, progress, and billing information
Collaborate with other therapists and supervisors to ensure continuity of care and share best practices
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with ABA Therapy research and evidence-based practices
