RN Medical/Surgical

Post-surgical unit with 22 beds. Patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4-5. Responsibilities include providing care for post-surgical patients. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient vital signs and report any concerns. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care. Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
