Nuclear Medicine Technologist
This position requires a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel assignment. The work schedule is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with one weeknight call and rotating fifth weekend call. The unit comprises 3 exam rooms, a hot lab, and an injection room. The staff team includes three members, with additional full-time Nuclear Medicine Technologists assisting with call rotations. Typical patient procedures include cardiac/stress studies, renal studies, cerebral viability, HIDA scans, SPECT, bone scans, shuntograms, gastric clearance, pulmonary studies, parathyroid scans, MUGA, and cisternography. Candidates should be self-starters who work well independently and as part of a small group. Flexibility with scheduling, including trading call nights and being available for early or late exam times, is essential. The dress code for the unit is black scrubs.
