Superintendent

Rogers‑O’Brien Construction is looking for a Superintendent with 7-10 years experience in the commercial construction space with Hi‑Rise Ground‑Up experience. Superintendents at RO ensure that all team members — including our trade partners, clients, architects, and other stakeholders — are kept up to date with consistent communication to successfully deliver a Premier Product to our valuable clients. Responsibilities As a Superintendent at RO, you will supervise all field operations on site and work closely with the Project Manager to deliver projects in various sectors from conceptual plan, schedule, staffing plans, through completion. Key responsibilities include: Supervise all field operations for the project. Coordinate with Project Manager in early identification of problem areas that affect project quality. Establish subcontractor performance schedules. Inspect the site and check for OSHA violations and unsafe practices and conditions. Conduct Toolbox Talks with all employees. Qualifications 7–10 years’ experience with $10M+ projects, Ground‑Up expertise with High‑Rise, Multi‑Family, Industrial sectors.
