Sr. Product Manager

Lead Product ManagerA leading enterprise organization is seeking a Lead Product Manager to serve as the product owner and subject matter expert for its IBM Maximo platform. This individual will drive product strategy, roadmap development, and platform enhancements while partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience. Responsibilities include owning the Jira backlog, gathering and documenting requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing features, leading Agile ceremonies, supporting testing and release activities, and guiding cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of Product Management experience, deep expertise with IBM Maximo, strong Agile and Jira experience, and the ability to influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations. Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership presence, and a hands-on approach to execution are critical for success. Maximo certifications, experience with enterprise asset management platforms, business intelligence tools, and employee-facing applications are highly preferred. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance long-term product vision with day-to-day delivery and execution.
