Outpatient Physical Therapist (DPT) – $95K–$105K + Mentorship and Sign-On Bonus

Location: Little Falls, New Jersey or West Caldwell, NJ
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends
New Graduates and Experienced Physical Therapists Are Welcome

What You Can Expect

• $95,000–$105,000 base salary , based on experience

• Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus

• Performance-based bonus opportunities

• Up to $5,000 annually in student-loan repayment

• Approximately 59–64 patient visits per week

• 36 hours of direct patient-care time

• Up to four hours of protected documentation, mentorship, and development time each week

• Weekly mentorship and paid clinical training

• AI-powered documentation support integrated into our EMR

• No weekend hours

Our productivity expectations are designed to allow clinicians to deliver excellent care while maintaining a sustainable schedule. We are happy to walk you through exactly how patients are scheduled and what a typical clinical day looks like during the interview process.

Technology does not replace strong clinical reasoning. We use it to give talented clinicians more options for delivering individualized care.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

• Develop individualized, evidence-informed plans of care

• Educate and motivate patients throughout their recovery

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical team

• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation

• Participate in paid mentorship, team meetings, and clinical education

• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans when appropriate

• Help create an exceptional patient experience from evaluation through discharge

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree

• Current New Jersey physical therapy license or eligibility for New Jersey licensure

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Commitment to patient-centered care and continued learning

New graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous outpatient experience is welcomed but not required.

Compensation:

$90,000 - $105,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition including mobility issues or injuries
• Analyze and draw conclusions based on data collected from the patient's tests and examinations
• Design therapeutic strategies that integrate many approaches and techniques to meet individual patient needs
• Ensure that patient care records are correct, and adhere to all regulations and guidelines
• Obtain advice from and work together with other healthcare professionals

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care using clinical reasoning, evidence-based practice, and individualized treatment plans—not cookie-cutter protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Acupuncturists, and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, mentorship sessions, and monthly clinical in-services —all completed during paid work hours to support your continued growth.
• Build lasting relationships with your patients by creating exceptional experiences that inspire trust, referrals, and lifelong advocates for the practice.
• Track clinical outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs) because we believe great clinicians measure, refine, and continuously improve their results.
• Grow through structured career pathways with opportunities to pursue leadership, clinical specialization, education, mentorship, or operational excellence as your career evolves.
• Help redefine what outpatient physical therapy should look like by embracing innovation, challenging traditional approaches, and delivering care that consistently exceeds expectations.

Qualifications:

• Successful candidates will need strong analytical, communication, and observational skills
• Previous experience working with patients in a healthcare environment is highly desired
• Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) is required for this position
• Current state licensure in the state you practice
• We require a bachelor’s degree and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
